2. Reservations & Deposits

Reservations may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the event type and space reserved.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the scheduled event.

• Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to attend without proper notice results in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Payments

We accept multiple payment methods, including online payments, credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.

• Final payment terms are determined by agreement at the time of booking.

• By submitting payment through the Site, you authorize our payment processor to charge your chosen method on our behalf.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Event pricing will be provided during booking. Prices are in U.S. Dollars and may vary based on date, time, and requested services. Taxes and applicable fees may apply. King David reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are retained in full for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.

• Deposits are non-refundable after the event date.

• No refunds will be issued after services are rendered.

6. Venue Rules

Guests and attendees must comply with all applicable laws and venue policies.

• Alcohol consumption is restricted to guests 21+.

• Event hours must be respected as confirmed in the booking.

• Outside food or beverages may be restricted; please confirm in advance.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or end an event if rules are violated.

7. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email, payment details (processed securely), reservation history, preferences, device type, IP address, and communication history. This information is used to process reservations, coordinate events, and provide services.

8. How We Collect Data

We collect data directly from you (e.g., booking forms, inquiries), automatically (e.g., cookies, tracking technologies), and from third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics platforms).
